TT Fishing & Tackle World Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Tackle World, located at 5 Link Crescent, Coolum Beach, QLD, 4573, hereafter referred to as “the Promoter.”

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 16 years or older. Proof of age and residency may be required. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, TT Fishing, or any Tackle World store are ineligible to enter.

3. Entry Period

The competition begins on 15 October 2024 and ends on 30 November 2024 at 11:59 PM AEST.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Purchase at least one (1) TT Fishing product from any Tackle World store during the competition period.
• Upload a clear photo of the purchase receipt, including store details and product information, to the official entry page at https://www.tackleworld.com.au/promo/tt-giveaway

Each valid receipt entitles the participant to one (1) entry. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be accompanied by a unique receipt. Duplicate entries using the same receipt will be disqualified.

5. Prize

The prize includes:

• Quintrex 420 Renegade TS with a thruster bracket for a 12-volt trolling motor (motor not included).
• Suzuki 50HP ATHL (tiller steer).
• Quintrex T Light Alloy Long Trailer (900 ATM, S13 Skid Braked).
• Garmin Echomap UHD2 Chartplotter.
• Fuel tank, battery & box.
• Inshore safety kit for 4 people.
• 12 months boat and trailer registration.
• $5,000 worth of fishing gear.

Total prize value: AUD $35,000. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products.

6. Draw and Winner Notification

The winner will be drawn at random within 7 days of the competition ending. The winner will be notified via email or phone within two (2) business days of the draw and will be announced on the Promoter’s website and social media pages.

If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, a re-draw will take place.

7. Prize Conditions

The winner is responsible for organising any necessary licenses or permits required to use the prize. The prize must be collected by the winner from their nearest Tackle World store or an alternate location agreed upon with the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize for one of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable for any reason.

8. Receipt Validation

Entries will be deemed invalid if the receipt provided is unclear, incomplete, or does not match the required purchase of TT Fishing products. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy

Entrants' personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed by the Promoter in accordance with its privacy policy for the purpose of administering this promotion and for marketing purposes.

11. General

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
