The Shimano SLX Baitcast Reels are Shimano's answer for an entry-level bait cast reel with solid componentry and quality.
It has the slim profile comparable to that of the Curado 70 reel, but the line capacity of standard 150 sized reels.
The two gear ratio options of 6.3:1 and 7.2:1 provide for both the fisho that likes working his lures slowly and those wanting more speed.
