all things fishing and tackle. We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic
Sales Assistant to join our team and help our customers make the most of their
fishing adventures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers
with product selection and offering expert advice on fishing gear.

- Maintain a well-organised and fully stocked sales floor,
ensuring products are displayed attractively.

- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently, handling
cash and card transactions with accuracy.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest fishing trends, products
and techniques to better assist customers.

- Assist in inventory management, including receiving stock,
pricing and conducting stocktake.

- Participate in store events and promotions, engaging
customers and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Requirements:

- A passion for fishing and a good knowledge of fishing gear
and techniques.

- Previous retail or customer service role

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.

- Ability to work well in a team and take initiative when
required.

- Basic computer skills for operating the POS system.

- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and
occasional extra hours during peak periods.
