Tackle World is the national brand entity for a co-operative of approximately 40 independently owned Tackle World stores across Australia. The website showcases products and services available for purchase in-store from those independently owned stores.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

- In the case of goods: the replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods, the repair of the goods, or the payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods
- In the case of services: the re-supply of the services, or the payment of the cost of having the services re-supplied
4. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties
As Tackle World Co-operative Ltd is the national brand entity and does not itself sell products directly to consumers through this website (during Phase 1), all returns, refunds, and warranty claims must be directed to the independently owned Tackle World store where the purchase was made.
Each independently owned store is responsible for its own policies regarding returns and refunds, and is required to comply with the Australian Consumer Law in relation to consumer guarantees.
If you are unable to resolve a matter directly with the relevant store, you may contact Tackle World Co-operative Ltd head office at support@tackleworld.com.au as a point of escalation. We will endeavour to assist but note that individual stores operate independently under their own management.
5. Limitation of Liability
Subject always to Section 3 (Your Consumer Rights Under Australian Law) and to the extent permitted by law, Tackle World Co-operative Ltd:

If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction by the store, you may escalate it to Tackle World Co-operative Ltd head office at support@tackleworld.com.au for review. We will endeavour to respond within 10 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, you may seek assistance from:

Where changes are material — in particular, before Phase 2 features (direct online purchases, click-and-collect, shipping, and billing) go live — we will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the website or emailing subscribers. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
