The Shimano Ifish Tacklerat Kids Combos are a great starting combo for kids or really any entry-level angler looking to fish down at the local lake or wharf etc. They're a quality Shimano combo that combines a 2-4kg rod (perfect for species like bream, whiting, flathead, perch etc) with an FX1000FC reel that's super easy to use.
