The Saltiga BJ (Bay Jigging) 200H Overhead Reel combines class and build strength with modern, industry-leading technologies. The BJ features Magseal, shutting the door to unwanted intruders like water and salt, for unprecedented protection and increased performance. Hyper Digigear provides silky-smooth meshing between the main and pinion gear, while the oversized high tensile master gear allows for increased gear teeth accuracy and improved strength and refinement. A swept alloy handle brings the handle closer to the centre of the reel for increased balance when cranking, while the Saltige BJ's ATD drag system results in zero start-up inertia under drag and is tailor-made for minimising bust offs from aggressive strikes when using light line. The Daiwa Saltiga BJ 200H Overhead Reel is suitable for light tackle jigging for species such as snapper, cod and other reef species, and pelagic species like kingfish as well.

• Alloy Handle:  Light yet strong, and highly corrosion-resistant, this a handle that’s a great all-rounder and suited to most applications.
• ATD-Drag: Daiwa’s Automatic Tournament Drag uses an improved drag grease that exhibits a low viscosity at rest, yet becomes more viscous immediately after drag start up. This reduces initial drag start-up inertia and combined with the structural changes of the ATD Drag System results in a smoother drag from the initial hook up.
• Clicking Drag:  A drag system that produces a clicking sound when a fish runs and takes drag.
• CRBB:  Lasting 12 times longer than standard stainless steel bearings Daiwa’s CRBBs feature specially treated stainless steel, and a protective shield on the bearing race that seals out sand, fine grit, salt crystals and other abrasives. • Magforce G: The next generation of Daiwa’s magnetic anti-backlash system like Magforce V before it combines the best aspects of modern magnetic and centrifugal breaking, albeit with some slight differences. Unlike Magforce V magnetic braking is only applied at maximum spool speed, as a result it allows the spool to reach a higher peak speed and allows it to spin for longer. Magforce Z is considered to be best suited to longer casting pursuits and heavier weights.
