Terms & Conditions

Promoter

• The Promoter is Tackle World Co-operative Ltd (ABN 27 126 838 677) of 5 Link Crescent, Coolum Beach, QLD, 4573.

Promotion Overview

• Purchase any Tackle World gift card or voucher in-store or online between 1 December 2025 and 21 December 2025 to receive one entry into the draw for a chance to win a $2500 Tackle World Gift Card.

Promotion Period

• The promotion commences at 12:01AM AEST on 1 December 2025 and closes at 11:59PM AEST on 21st December 2025.

• Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents who purchase a Tackle World gift card or voucher during the Promotion Period.

• Entrants under 18 years must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

• Employees, contractors, suppliers and agents of the Promoter and their immediate families may be ineligible unless approved by the Promoter.

• One entry is permitted per eligible gift card transaction.

• Entrants must provide accurate contact details.

• The Promoter may reject entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or that breach these Terms and Conditions.

How to Enter

In-store Entry

• Customers must provide their full name and phone number at the time of purchase.

• Store staff must record these details on the back of the original invoice.

• If the customer requests a receipt, a duplicate may be printed and the original retained for entry.

• All in-store entries must be placed into a clearly marked entry box or securely stored for the draw.

Online Entry

• Customers who purchase a qualifying gift card online during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered using the details provided at checkout.

Entry Requirements

• Only the name and phone number are collected for the draw.

• Purchase amounts and product details do not form part of the entry.

• All entries remain the property of the Promoter.

Prize Details

• There is one national prize consisting of a $2500 Tackle World Head Office Gift Card.

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

• Standard Tackle World gift card terms and conditions apply.

• Prize value is correct at the time of publication. Any variation in value is not the responsibility of the Promoter.

Draw Process

Local Store Draws

• Each participating Tackle World store will randomly draw one entry from its eligible in-store entries.

• Local draws will take place on Monday, 22 December 2025.

• Local store winners do not receive a prize but qualify for the national draw.

National Draw

• Each store must forward its selected local entry to Tackle World Head Office on 22 December 2025.

• The national draw will be conducted by the Promoter and coordinated by Nicky Stroebel.

• The national draw will take place on the morning of Tuesday, 23 December 2025.

• One national winner will be randomly selected from all store finalists.

• The Promoter may draw reserve entries to replace invalid entries or entries where the winner cannot be contacted.

Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted by phone using the number provided.

• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.

• The winner’s name may be published on Tackle World websites, social media channels or marketing materials, subject to privacy laws.

Verification

• The Promoter may request proof of identity, age, residency and proof of purchase.

• Failure to produce suitable documentation may result in disqualification.

• The Promoter may disqualify entries suspected of being fraudulent, tampered with or submitted using false information.

Privacy

• The Promoter collects personal information for the sole purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winner.

• All personal information is handled in accordance with the Tackle World Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

• Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except where required for prize fulfilment or by law.

• Physical entry forms must be securely stored and destroyed after the promotion concludes and the winner is verified.

Liability

• The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related entities accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.

• The Promoter does not guarantee the availability or fitness for purpose of the prize beyond statutory consumer guarantees.

• If the promotion is affected by technical malfunction, system issues, unauthorised intervention or circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may suspend, cancel or amend the promotion.

Intellectual Property

• All promotional materials and concepts remain the property of the Promoter.

• Entry into the promotion does not grant any rights to use the Promoter’s intellectual property.

Force Majeure

• The Promoter is not liable for any inability to conduct the promotion or award the prize due to events outside its control including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions or system failures.

General Conditions

• Entry into the promotion confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

• The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if required by law or unforeseen circumstances.

• If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the remainder will continue to apply.

Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

•  Any disputes will be dealt with exclusively by the courts of Queensland.
