Promotion Overview

Purchase a Bundled Gift Pack in-store or online from a participating Tackle World store between 15 December 2025 and 30 January 2026 to receive one entry into the draw for a chance to win a Shimano Stella 6000HG reel from the store where the purchase was made.

Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 9:00am AEDT on 15 December 2025 and closes at 5:00pm AEDT on 30 January 2026.
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents who purchase a qualifying Tackle World exclusive Bundle Gift Pack during the Promotion Period.
Entrants under 18 years must have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Employees, contractors, suppliers, and agents of the Promoter, participating Tackle World stores, and their immediate families may be ineligible unless approved by the Promoter.
One entry is permitted per eligible bundle purchase.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete contact details.
The Promoter may reject entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or that breach these Terms and Conditions.

How to Enter

In-store Entry

Customers must purchase any one of the participating Tackle World exclusive Bundle Gift Packs from a participating Tackle World store during the Promotion Period.
Customers must clearly write their full name, contact phone number, and email address on the back of the original purchase receipt.
The completed receipt must be placed into the official in-store competition entry box at the same store where the purchase was made.
If the customer requests a receipt for their records, a duplicate may be printed and the original retained for entry.

Online Purchase Entry

Customers who purchase a qualifying Tackle World exclusive Bundle Gift Pack online during the Promotion Period must contact the Tackle World store they purchased from within the Promotion Period to register their entry.
Customers must provide proof of purchase along with their full name, contact phone number, and email address.
Once verified by the store, the entry will be added to that store’s competition draw.
Online purchases are not automatically entered. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the store to complete their entry.

Entry Requirements

Only the entrant’s full name, phone number, and email address are collected for the purpose of contacting the winner.
A valid purchase of a participating Tackle World exclusive Bundle Gift Pack is required for entry and must be verified by the participating store.
All entries remain the property of the Promoter.

Prize Details

Each participating Tackle World store will award one (1) Shimano Stella 6000HG reel.
The prize will be provided by the local Tackle World store where the qualifying purchase was made.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Prize value is correct at the time of publication. Any variation in value is not the responsibility of the Promoter.

Draw Process

Each participating Tackle World store will randomly draw one winning entry from its eligible in-store and verified online entries.
The draw will take place on Monday, 2 February 2026.
Each store will conduct its own independent draw.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted directly by the store via the phone number and or email address provided on the entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw, the store may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable state or territory regulations.
The prize must be collected in-store from the participating Tackle World location where the entry was submitted.

Verification

The Promoter or participating store may request proof of identity, age, residency, and proof of purchase.
Failure to produce suitable documentation may result in disqualification.
The Promoter may disqualify entries suspected of being fraudulent, tampered with, or submitted using false information.

Privacy

The Promoter collects personal information solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting winners.
All personal information is handled in accordance with the Tackle World Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except where required for prize fulfilment or by law.
Physical entry receipts and online entry records must be securely stored by participating stores and destroyed after the promotion concludes and the winner is verified.

Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related entities accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.
The Promoter does not guarantee the availability or fitness for purpose of the prize beyond statutory consumer guarantees.
If the promotion is affected by technical malfunction, system issues, unauthorised intervention, or circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion.

Intellectual Property

All promotional materials and concepts remain the property of the Promoter.
Entry into the promotion does not grant any rights to use the Promoter’s intellectual property.

Force Majeure

The Promoter is not liable for any inability to conduct the promotion or award the prize due to events outside its control including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or system failures.

General Conditions

By entering this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
All decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Not all Tackle World stores will advertise or offer every type of gift bundle. Participation, including which bundles are promoted, is at the discretion of each individual store. Gift bundles are available only while stocks last, and once a store’s allocation is sold out, no further bundles will be offered at that store.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time if required by law or due to unforeseen circumstances.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
