The upwards flick at the end of the curl tail catches the water as the lure is retrieved, forcing the tail open resulting in a tantalising curl tail action estuary species simply can’t ignore. A longer thinner profile curl tail can imitate a host of popular bait profiles in the estuary, shrimps, prawns, fish or even worms.
